"Weird. Called twice. First time was answered by someone who answered the phone with “hello” in a very irritated way like she was annoyed to be answering, rather than saying the name of the doctors office. I thought I had the wrong number. I called back and got someone else who claimed they don’t take my insurance. I was like, that’s ok I’ll pay out of pocket to which they said I can’t do that. This is a first and frankly concerning enough that I am not sure what to make of the practice."

"STAY AWAY FROM THIS OFFICE. They charge you for erroneous reasons. I came in and maybe spent five-ten minutes in the room with the nurse and doc. Who told me there was nothing they could do for me because I am pregnant. Understandable. However, I then receive a bill stating my visit costs $730 and I was also charged for a “depression screening.” It took me over two weeks to get ahold of anyone in the office. No one returned my phone calls or email. Once I finally reached someone they stated the so called “depression screening” was a few question the nurse had asked me. Never was I told I would be charged for answering questions from the nurse. Makes no sense. These people will take advantage of you then charge you an arm and a leg. Go somewhere else. In response to the owner: I did reach out to billing and talked to two different people who were were also confused as to why I was being charged for a depression screening so it doesn’t seem as if everybody is on the same page. Emailed twice two weeks ago and never got a response, so will not be reaching out again. You can fix this by not charging patients for bogus reasons as well as not charging an absurd amount for a visit. This is the only office I have ever seen do something like this."
