"Never again. The cardiologist that I had an appointment with was just okay but he didn't listen when I gave him dates of prior procedures and he noted in his report that I am not a good historian. No doc. You're not a good listener. In the end he said I don't know what I can do for you. All I wanted were EKG's on a regular basis to monitor my Afib and be close to home so maybe he was insulted that I didn't need him for anything else. And be aware they don't use the EPIC system. Big let down. From the beginning the registration person was not properly trained. I asked if there was a patient portal. She said no. Well, there is. The person taking the EKG couldn't get out of there fast enough and one lead was not connecting. She fixed it but I don't trust the results. The hospital this Tenet practice is located in is Delray Hospital and it's rated underperforming in U.S. News and World Reports but it's close to home so I thought I might give it a try. Never again."
