"Be advised- before 2nd no charge cleaning in Oct.2023 (I had one previously by another dentist in May 23) I specifically stated that any additional charges I want to know in advance. Mainly, because elderly couple came in to question bill that they received for over $500 deep cleaning. I sd. It several times. I received bill 2 1/2 months later that x-rays weren't covered. I sd in advance that I had x-rays with 1st cleaning. I provided the x-rays. I called to question bill and was told my insurance didn't cover the x-rays and told me I didn't provide any x-rays. I had my insurance company call and they told me my X-rays were unclear so they had to do them again.his is deceptive practice. I was clear about any charges let me know. I called and Kelly sd that I had already used my X-ray insurance. I know- I told them. The story changed to we haven't seen you in awhile. If I'm so concerned about additional charges wouldn't you verify with my insurance what benefits I have left? Not look at what my plan provides for year, considering I have already had one cleaning w/x-rays. In addition,in August I pd $904 for a tooth pulled,bone grafting,a pad/stitches. I've asked for all my records and have not received them. I have initial care sheet. I have proof of payment-an additional $15 charge for my check up. I paid- now this new charge I'm refusing for cleaning. I was told I will be reported to bad credit for $45 X-ray. People need to stand up and file a grievance with insurance company and with state of Florida. This is wrong. It is completely unlawful to use these deceptive practices. People pay because threat of bad credit -report them. I am"

We had a bit of a mishap concerning an eye infection that didn’t allow us to go forth with the initial cleaning, but it was handled well by Kelly the receptionist and the Dentist.
