"I wish I could give 0 stars!!! This place is a joke. I called to make an appointment and after several attempts left a message with the answering service (you are unable to contact the office directly, it still has a closed for the holidays message). I received their number from my insurance company as a participating provider. After I finally received a call back, I set up an appointment and was told to fax my insurance card. After 10 attempts, the line was still busy. They then called and wanted the info over the phone. I provide them with every detail. 10 minutes before my appointment they call to cancel on me and state that they won't take my word on the insurance and they can't use any automated system to verify coverage, so they will not see me unless I am self pay (because I might have an HMO, which my insurance card clearly states PPO). So basically, I was a liar. Extremely unprofessional and a joke. Don't waste your time, find another doctor!!!"
