"I call today 9/11/23 to set me as appointment and was put on hold for about 5 minutes. The lady came back to the phone was very rude I got my insurance card but she wanted me to get off the phone and call her about what kind of insurance I got but I didn’t understand why I was not able to give her what was on the card. I told her I was uncomfortable with the way she was talking to me and she did not care she told me to have a nice day and hung up the phone. Can someone please tell her to have patience with people on the phone because this will reflect what kind of people you have answering the phone and the business."
