"My experience with this office has been poorly to say the least. My father 93 years old is due for his annual exam and needs blood work done. We asked Humana if he can get the phlebotomist to come to the house, they said yes but need a referral from the, PCP. so, I called Dr. Famila's office spoke with Janelle, and the office manager couple weeks ago about getting the referral, she said, it will bring this matter to the PCP's attention, well nothing has been done in 2 weeks neither got a courtesy call on the status of the referral. Lack of empathy at its best."
