"They have been our medical providers for a few years. The staff is extremely friendly, very attentive and follow ups are done timely. They pick up the phone when we call. They call in the prescriptions when needed. Both the Gunawardene doctors are excellent and thorough with their examination and follow up. I received a call from the doctor on a Saturday morning, for a follow up on my blood test. Also it was a long call!! This is the type of commitment they have for their patients. My husband and I are very pleased with their services."

"Yep, the bad reviews are true. The good is the star padding. The arrogant answer in several similar reviews below, that their care is so great, hence the wait time is justified, when the logic states it is the billing receivables that are the priority. Typical overbooking experience. Booked for 1:30. At 2:50 i still had a person in front of me, so 2+ hours past the actual appointment time is the norm. Saw at least 4 other people with the same apt time as me on the sign in sheet. Can't comment on the doctor, maybe great, never got to him. The wait area doesn't have enough chairs to accommodate the patients, so eventually one will have to stand. Front line customer service is non existent. Been told I can look for another doctor if I don't like the wait time. Business as usual. I guess there are plenty of people ready to put up with this experience and mumble in frustration in their chairs from what I've seen."

"I showed up for my appointment and the lady at the desk said there wasn’t a doctor there. Why wasn’t I contacted?! THEN she had the audacity to tell me I would be put on some cancellation list because my symptoms weren’t severe enough. I am coughing up green, my eyes are swollen shut in the morning… Who made her a doctor and gave her the diagnosing responsibility? Please find people that care instead of getting treated like you don’t exist here."
