"I am very dissatisfied with telephone communication with this health center.The recordings say to call them in an emergency before doing anything else, and when you call the number you are kept on hold indefinitely then you are disconnected. My personal experience is that someone at the font desk did eventually took my call after numerous attempts just to be told she was the only one there and she is new .Eventually I was told to take the information from the pharmacy in Lake worth and drive to Delray Beach to get approval for something which could be done by just a phone call.I am really disappointed at this person at the front desk and the phone service."

"Extremely disappointing intake experience. Went their to inquire about care for my parents. The intake person could not comprehend that they had Medicare as primary insurance, with a supplemental plan as secondary. After explaining 12 times to 2 people and getting nowhere, they called the secondary insurer and got nowhere. Then, finally, another staff member came out and said "Beginning January, we're only going to accept Medicare Advantage plans, not straight Medicare." Well, knowing that up front would have saved all of us 30 minutes of aggravation."
