"Terrible!!! HOW MANY OTHER CASH PAYING PATIENTS ARE SUFFERING IN SILENCE???? Jessica the manager has zero compassion!!! They stopped taking cash payments, thereby leaving many patients to find a new Dr, who #1 takes cash & #2 will prescribe Ambien, or other controlled substances! I know Dr Barnville lost many cash patients, when they were bought by Conviva! I wonder if they were left to find a needle in the haystack Dr too???? Suffering in silence! No sleep for weeks on end!! Forced to stop taking medicine you should not stop taking cold Turkey! Disgraceful they did not have on hand other Dr’s to offer as a replacement! Jessica’s advice, make appointments with other Dr’s, pay the $150 or whatever visit fee, to find out if they will prescribe the needed Meds or not!!! Possibly having to visit many, pay $150, only to be told no we do not prescribe that!!!! Livid and will take this further! Report to governing authorities etc! This is wrong on every level! Dr’s and their Managers are supposed to care. Oath to do no harm!"

"We are beyond disappointed with the service that Conviva has been provided. We have been patients of Lancaster-Cope (and her amazing nurse, Renee) for several years. She is AMAZING and genuinely cares about her patients. Back in January, Conviva dropped our insurance, then picked it up again in June. I scheduled my annual physical (which took forever to schedule) and upon my arrival was told they no longer do blood work at this office, nor do they provide women's wellness checks (they cater to an older crowd). No biggie, both Renees are worth the inconvenience. I was sick a few weeks ago, was told Renee was booked a month or two out and I couldn't get into the office. Now I have an appointment schedule in four days and the office leaves a message to tell my they no longer accept my insurance. Again! Are you kidding me? Conviva, you are horrible and are ruining and amazing practice. Renee & Renee, if you go elsewhere, I pray to follow!"

"Awful service. I have been a patient for 10 years and never had a problem getting an appointment until Conviva took over. It takes MONTHS to see someone - they don't even ask what your making the appointment for? They TAKE for ever to tell you next opening is 4 months. I'm now looking for a new primary care doctor."

"I have been a patient for 18 years and never had a problem getting an appointment until Conviva took over. Everytime I have called for an appointment for an illness I had to wait on the phone for an average of 20 minutes and then I'm cutoff. When I reached someone 2 days later they told me I couldn't be seen because the doctors were doing training and they had to reschedule those patient and they were updating there phone's. Long story short go to the emergency room if my problem was that bad. Maybe if you didn't make your patients make an appointment for 3 months after you see them people might be able to see the doctor when they don't feel well. Thank goodness I have an appointment in August, it's only 8 more weeks. If I didn't love Rene lancaster-cope I would find another medical group, maybe I still will."
