"The worst, 2 x's i have spent an hour waiting to do labs just to find out that the Conviva didnt actually send the labs to Quest. I called to verify before going to Quest both times which is what makes it all the worst. Spent an hour in the Conviva waiting area because the front desk clerks didn't bother to tell the DR I was there. Never again with this place, too bad Jupiter Medical Group was bought out."
"I was a patient of Dr Elio Novoa’s for over 25 years. Of course they dropped me because Conviva is owned by Humana and my Cigna insurance is no longer accepted. However I needed prescription refills back in November when I was still technically a patient and they never called my pharmacy. Now when I am refilling the prescriptions I found out Conviva never called. And since I’m no longer a patient , they won’t call them in for me. I offered to pay out of pocket for an office visit to get these prescriptions refilled by Dr Novoa and they don’t accept cash. Only insurance. It’s sad Jupiter Medical Group sold out to corporate greed."
"I've been a patient for a decade and now they've suddenly dropped me and my daughter because they no longer take our insurance (I have UHC and my daughter has BCBS). When I called to ask what insurance they actually do take (because they told me before they also dont take Cigna) - they said they ONLY take Humana and Aetna. So it seems they only want to deal with the two leading providers of Medicare Advantage plans? In other words, they only want to deal with insurance companies that insure the elderly so they can rip them off - it makes complete sense! This place isn't what Jupiter Medical Group was - this place is now a HUGE scam. Hopefully you horrible people get audited and shut down immediately!"
"I cannot say enough good things about this office. Everyone I have ever dealt with from the medical team, to the administrative staff and even the back of house referrals girls has been nothing short of professional, efficient and overall pleasant. My grandparents have been patients of Dr. Zeda's for years and have never once been made to feel anything less than heard and thoroughly taken care of. I will always, always recommend Conviva Jupiter to anyone looking for a primary care office that goes above and beyond because they continuously set the bar high for exceptional patient care. Thank you guys for all that you've done and continue to do for the healthcare community!"
"I would rank them a zero if I could! Complete incompetence. I called with a medical issue where I needed a RX refill quickly and they called the script into a CVS pharmacy in Massachusetts. I live in FL and was in FL when I called them. Don't know how that happened but haven't been able to get that straightened out in 48 hours. Still dealing with it. Called the office at 9:20am this morning. Recording says they answer their phones starting at 8:30 am. The answering service was still on. The service answered the phone said the medical groups name started to take a message and then said they don't answer phones for them. Then hangs up in me mid sentence. I called back 3x and the answering service just hangs up instantly. What if I was really needing to leave a message? I have been dealing with issues at this office for several years, from RX's not getting called in for 3 weeks to rude PA's. This was the final straw! I will be going to a different practice. Do your self a favor and go somewhere else. This practice is run terribly."
