"Bree and Shaungnessy are the sweetest girls. They treat everyone with the most respect and that is rare these days. There are very patient and attentive. Shaungnessy is so kind and patient every time she brings me back to the room. Her intelligence is remarkable. Bree is fantastic at what she does and makes sure I am taken care of every time I come in. As a nurse myself, it is such a breath of fresh air to see these young ladies. Every office needs staff like Bree and Shaungnessy. I wanted to highlight the good before I talked about the bad. Ms. Sabrina lacks empathy and compassion when it comes to patients. Yesterday afternoon I witnessed the most horrific behavior in healthcare in all the 10 years I’ve been a nurse. Sabrina was disgusting towards an elderly black patient. She was utterly rude and very dismissive. I wanted to talk to the manage myself but I had to head back to work. I also called the office but I believe it was closed. No one should be talked to the way that patient was spoken to. To make matters worse, she acted this way in front of other patients."
"This is the most poorly run office I have ever been a patient of. I have had United Health Care for the 3 years I was a patient there. Apparently in that time frame they lost their network with UHC and never informed the patients. Once the office manager realized they never corrected the benefit amounts they were charging patients and had plenty of back owed debts from denied visits, she started back billing. I am not the only patient this happened to within this practice. They never reverified benefits to collect the correct amount or informed the patients that they are no longer in network with UHC. More so, after receiving a bill I called for explanation.. 17 times I left messages to the office manager directly. NEVER HAVE I RECEIVED A CALL BACK! I have also emailed her directly too. However, I have received multiple text messages with $300 bill to pay conveniently online. I highly recommend going to a doctor that will actually treat you with proper care and not just throw medicine at you with little to no evaluation, and that has a support staff that is actually aware of how to do their job and make sure your visits are being billed properly. This practice is absolutely disgusting with patient care on all fronts. 0/5 stars would be the more proper rating."
"Dr. Bitar and his staff are very polite, prompt, attentive and understanding. Dr. Bitar listens to what you have to say and tries to help get to the root cause. I've been his patient for over 4 years for multiple severe injuries and we're working with other docs to get better. He's a Team player. They're all AWESOME!"
"I have been a patient of Dr Bitar for a couple of years now and I continue to be pleased with my care and his concern for my well-being. For the first time since I began seeing him I was seen by his ARNP. She was incredibly professional, compassionate and knowledgeable. I was very comfortable with her and once again appreciate Dr. Bitars ability to bring together such a wonderful team that benefits his patients. Thank you."
"Dr. Bitar is a great doctor, very caring and informative. He listens carefully and provides his patients all the attention they need. My mother has been seeing him for almost two years now and very satisfied with his high-professional experience. His team is very friendly and do their best ensure he cares of all patients."
