CVS 6217 Silver Star Road, Orlando, FL 32808

"The night pharmacist is rude and unprofessional. There's a nationwide shortage on certain meds, they had a couple certain medicine my wife needs for quality of life. However after waiting in line for 30 minutes was told that it was his choice not to fill it. That information would've been useful hours ago now my wife has to try tomorrow to find it. Going without medicine for even one day is dangerous and this place has caused a serious issue. My wife called and asked what the issue was and he essentially called her a drug dealer and addict. People like him shouldn't be able to be the gatekeeper of medicines. He's a big part of the reason why there are problems with drugs in this country. People like him, who won't help people who take their medicine correctly with doctors prescriptions, he doesn't have any empathy he just turns them away. I'll never spend another dime in this store because of him. I really wish someone would contact me because the way I and my wife were treated is unacceptable."

"The Pharmacy staff at this location DOES NOT represent CVS as a brand . The Worst experience I had at any store. The lack of Care , the lack of respect for clients , and poor customer service skills is alarming . Based off the reviews from other customers about this pharmacy . I’m shocked they’re still allowed to continue this behavior . Who holds them accountable ???? The front counter reps are the worst (pharmacy side of things ). It appears they take no pride in being our Local Cvs and dealing with patients. Pls DO something about this, the community deserves better. We DESERVE BETTER !!!"

"You wait in line for a long time to get medication it never ready in time. Then they tell you to wait for another associate to for that person to send you to another. To stand there for 10 to 15 minutes to be told it is not done after the doctor sends it multiple times. The store never organized they have one good pharmacist. Everyone else is either lost or confused. Some you can tell you don't wanna be there. The only reason I come her is cause it is close to home but not even worth it. Go to Walmart or the walgreens down the street."

"Doctor called in emergency supply of nusea meds for duaghter having seizure pharmacist she is to busy to deal with it and will get to it in 2 hours when it's just an emergency supply for a child. NEED a new pharmacist if they want this cvs to stay open. People are not going to want to use this pharmacy acting like that. Have some compassion for a child that has been having seizures and vomiting."
