"The lady on front counter has a poor attendance when someone make any questions"
"While I was able I went in person to get my prescriptions and service was good...I am disabled now and applied online to their app to have prescriptions mailed but it doesn't work and their phone doesn't either ...was on hold 1 hour (twice) and it wasn't at lunch time...also the app shows refill requested 10/28/23 but in fact it was placed 10/23/23 and still no sign of my drugs."

"I’ve been standing here for 15 minutes and no one has spoken to me or even acknowledged me. Checked in online for my vaccine appointment and just being completely ignored. Update: once someone asked me why I was here they were quick to get me back and the girl who administered my shot was nice. But basic customer service (greet the customer and ask how you can help) is severely lacking."
"I already sent in the reasoning for my rating through the cvs feedback email, but the manager? Sharah A. (sry if misspelled, there was a glare on the photo of her on the wall) had an attitude with me for some reason. The employees working the front seemed to be following in her footsteps so that was pleasant. The two women who administered my shot were great though, thank you."
