"I received a text the Friday before the new year saying my script will be ready that day after 11am. I came in on Tuesday 4 days later , waited in line for them to say it wasn't ready. This isn't the first time my family has had issues with this location. 15 people back behind the counter and still no clue on what's going on."

"This place has the worst Customer Service of any place I've ever been. We have been using them as our pharmacy for years and I just got fed up today and transferred my prescriptions to a different CVS. They are consistently rude. They pretty much ignore you for long periods of time when you drive up to the pick up window. There have been multiple instances lately where I waited for 30+ minutes and gave up. One of the guys in the pharmacy yelled at my husband the other night because he was ignoring us, so my husband knocked on the window. We had Covid vaccinations set up there today and 15 minutes before the appointment time, they just canceled our appointments with no explanation. We're so done with them. I recommend the CVS in Avalon Park as a good substitute. They actually act like they want our business!"

"Everybody in the pharmacy section is rude and unprofessional . I don't know who trained these people but they are terrible . Prescriptions are never ready , the drive thru is a nightmare with 5 or 7 cars , they will tell you the prescription is out of stock and they don't care if your life depends on this medications . Don't expect a phone call either. Apparently they hire the worst of the worst here . Avoid this place."

"Employee Sabrianka is rude, nasty and has NO regard for customers. She lies to customers and keeps them waiting longer than necessary ON PURPOSE. The pharmacist on duty on 8/23/23 6:00 pm had NO control over his own pharmacy and the rude girls who work there with him! Very hard to communicate with. He is very rude also.
