"Hello to whomever is reading my review. Live and learn seems to be my life's moto. All sockets are not created equal! Martin bionics has created a socket that is extremely comfortable along with adjustable straps that allow for approximately 10lbs of gain or weight loss in my case. With that said I'm a man in 30's with an active lifestyle which includes going to the gym as often as I can so having a socket that is lightweight, easy to put on and comfortable with the adjustable straps is excellent. That said having a prosthetist who is experienced with fitting and finishing the socket is absolutely essential to your success in your socket. I have been honored to meet Loi T. HO she is hands,arm's, legs, feet, Above any other prosthetist I have ever met. The knowledge and experience was mind-blowing! Any questions you may have are not only clearly answered but she uses them as a teaching moment I learned more about my socket in 1 hour then in the 3 years I have been wearing it. Her office staff are kind and very helpful and share in wanting the best outcome for each person. I was treated like a person not a number. Thank you for giving me a sense that All of you care about the success of my socket so I can continue to live life safer and more confident."

"I have been an amputee for 30 years and people have told me that I am a hard fit. I met Jason Kahle a few years back and since then he designs all my prostheses. Jason has involved me in research at USF where I was able to try different sockets, knees and feet before they were available. These experiences helped me understand and find the best prosthesis for me. I am now more active for example, Jason introduce me to running and designed my first running prosthesis. I ran my first half marathon. I also now bike with my dog because my socket is so comfortable that it does not interfere with the seat. Most important to me was when Jason designed my house prosthesis. I used to hop at night when I would take my leg off for the day. Jason designed a leg that I can quickly put on and take off that allows me to move around my home without an assistive device. Before getting my house prosthesis I was getting frequent pain/discomfort in my hip, knee and ankle on my other side. Everyone should have a house leg! These experiences have changed my whole life.
