He smelled delicious too! It seems the TV with the bed and blankets really helped out in his luxury room! :) We will be back soon."

"I am not typically one to leave reviews (especially negative reviews), but I feel I need to share my experience. I’ll start with the positive and only reason this isn’t a one star review. The staff was helpful and courteous in getting me a last minute day care appointment and it was free since it was our first time here. Now for my issue with the experience. I have brought my dog to several different day care facilities with nothing but great experiences and a happy dog. She is an extremely lovable dog and has never in her life had issues with getting along with other animals or people. She can be nervous around certain new people on occasion, but that is a fairly rare occurrence and the nervous behavior fades after the unfamiliar person shows her friendly gestures. When I dropped my dog off in the morning, I was informed that they would do an evaluation to make sure she can get along with other dogs and I was told I would receive photos of her experience throughout the day. I received no photos at all during the day and didn’t hear anything from the staff until I went to pick her up later in the evening. It was only then that the staff informed me that my dog did not pass the evaluation and did not spend a single minute playing with other dogs. I was a bit taken back because that is extremely unusual for my dog. But I can respect their evaluation process and if they don’t feel comfortable then that is fine. I would have appreciated a phone call telling me this rather than keeping her in the kennel all day and not telling me until the evening when I picked her up. The reason I brought her to this facility in the first place rather than keeping her at home is because she is high energy and requires exercise throughout the day. Typically when I pick her up from daycare, she is exhausted and sleeping in the car. This time, she was extremely hyper, which told me that she got little to no exercise at this facility. When I got the report back the next day, there were no outdoor photos, which corroborated my belief that she got little exercise. The report also stated “During playtime I think other dogs are nice, but I prefer individual play times with a PetSuites pro.” This is a nice spin and phrasing, but far from the truth. This is a long-winded way of saying that she absolutely will not be back at the Winter Garden location."

"This is by far the BEST pet boarding place I've ever been to. We just moved to the area and had to quickly leave last minute during a holiday week! They were life savers and were able to squeeze in our two dogs! We got "paw-gress" reports from them each day with pics of the dogs playing! Come on!!!! Amazing. The dogs will not want to come home! The staff was so friendly and welcoming. Happy to have found such a great place to board our pups!"
