"I had a 10am Zoom Telehealth appointment to update my Medical Card. I arrived on time, filled out all paperwork prior to the appointment, but the doctor never showed up. When I called the office, they claimed they tried calling me and are charging a $50 fee. I didn't receive any calls from them, and the person I spoke to, Miguel, was very rude and unhelpful. Then I get a notice from my credit card that I was charged $150 not just $50. Poor customer service and management. Never dealt with such unprofessionalism in a doctors office...."
