"So for the last two days. Walgreens pharmacy has been giving me the run around. One employee told me my medication was READY and could be delivered the next day because my insurance didn’t cover same day delivery (ok cool) So I called today to verify that my medication will be delivered today or if I can just come in and pick it up because I am extremely sick and my asthma is getting worse the longer I wait on my medication. The employee then tells me my medication was not ready at all and that the other employee basically lied to me. Im trying so hard to be patient but the employees are literally dropping the ball. I hope when I die WALGREENS will pay for my funeral arrangements. Lorddddd I just want my medication I’m not trying to go to the upper room yet smfh"
"Upon my arrival @ 2:50 pm 10/22/2023 , the door closed on me, as I was trying to hop inside the store, my right foot ankle, and leg were completely wrapped up, and I am on crutches. I asked the sales associate who was on the register a question. she told me where is the items on. She didn’t offer me any help. I went to hop to get a basket the Walgreens employee looked at me and grabbed the basket. and continue to proceed. they had no baskets left for anyone to get. then it was a cart that they used to put the products on the shelf. I had to push that large cart and use both crutches at the same time so it took me a minimum of 20 minutes to get to lane 5 I was trying to get the product. I put 10 items on their cart as I’m coming down Al five the employee that’s working in photos look at me and my face and turn and walk away. Didn’t ask me if I needed help or anything that was the third person a random stranger asked me if I needed help I told him yes he was the only one inside the store and didn’t notice me and asked me if I needed help, he push my items to the register and the young lady that’s on the register she , he push my items to the register and the young lady that’s on the register she didn’t sono didn’t show no concern or no compassion, no sympathy or whatsoever I heard her say that she was ready to get off at 4 o’clock because she’s tired of people and she told another employee that just walked up as I’m checking out. She mentioned to me that I couldn’t use the online service. I told her I called the store and they told me it must be down because they have not received any online services at all today, I am 42 years old and is a lot of people out here much older than me but for this photo to Chell no compassion to anybody orderly disable mentally challenge they let you know we have the wrong people working in the field. I almost failed in the store, because of the negligence that the people that work at Walgreens show me not one person, offer me any assistance nor a basket. Had I failed They wouldn’t even know how to report it. I will. Tell my story what I should’ve done I should have gone live so people could see exactly what’s going on at the stores and the people's homes that they hire people who have no compassion. I did ask for the manager name and I was told that the managers do not work on the weekends and I think she said the manager's name is Daniella or Daniel. Shannon Ethridge"
"I had a question about over the counter pain meds. The pharmacist came out to the aisle to show me my options and provided very good information. She was extremely helpful."
"So, I had a new medication delivered. I never took this type of medication before. Last night, Kim from the pharmacy called me to ask "how is it going?" and "do you have any questions?". Wow! Just wow. What amazing service! Even my Dr hasn't made a follow up call. Thank you Kim. And a shout out to the best cashier ever, Miss Betty!"
"Absolutely the worst pharmacy service. Arrive 30 minutes early for an appointment still ended up being here 1 hour after appointment time. The person's ineptitude led us to have to file as uninsured in order to receive the covid vaccine. This was after she asked someone if they took out of state insurance. I was in line than stepped out so others could've been helped while waiting for her to figure things out. She decided to move forward I had to file as uninsured. After all of this I was waiting for further direction when she told me i could get back in line. In line?? I thought I already had been since I was here at this point 45 minutes. Just terrible experience. Reaffirms while we don't use Walgreens. Definitely will not return."
