"If you want rude, careless and insensitive doctor, Kirti Bhargava-Patel is for you!! I scheduled an appointment for a personal concern only to be scolded by this rude doctor having an issue getting me checked because I wasn’t coming on regular basis nor my regular follow ups. I needed a pap smear which she refused to do, claiming I need a separate appointment for that. All she was repeating is “look, it’s been over a year since I saw you last and you only come when you have a problem” in the end she told me I can leave if I want to but she will not get me checked for the concern I came in for. Before i left, I asked for my copay money back and they didn’t know how to give it back. I ended up getting the proper care at the urgent walk in clinic. You call this a doctor?? She should be ashamed and her license taken away from her for refusal of a care for the patient. She doesn’t belong in the health care. All she cares about is money! Don’t fall for her fake innocence as she only cares how many times she can see you to rip you and your insurance off. For anyone who is experiencing care refusal, bad service, billing and any other issues regarding their health care providers, you can file a complaint on Board of Medicine. ( just google it and follow the link) No one should be treated like this! Thats what the doctors are about, to give us care we need, not to treat us like animals!"

"Dr. Patel is intuitive when It comes to her paitents. She really listens and takes her time to get to know them, which helps her to successfully treat them. Emphatic, compassionate, knowledgeable, and warm, are some other adjectives that can describe her."

"If you would like to speak to the most incompetent medical office, please come here. From overprescribing medications for any complaint to taking longer than 3 business days to get prescriptions sent to the pharmacy to lack of communication and organization. We needed prescriptions refilled and were told we had to make an additional appointment two weeks after we had just been in to the office as well as getting additional labs done. What a prime example of organization. Then once the labs came back we had to make an additional in person appointment to discuss them so that prescriptions could be sent over to the pharmacy. We had the appointment on a Thursday afternoon, and now on a Tuesday afternoon the prescriptions are “ready to be sent” but have not been sent to the pharmacy. As a registered nurse this is an embarrassment to the medical field. Why are a bunch of toddlers running a medical office?"

"I’ve been a patient of Dr Patel’s for 15years or better and have sent many people here because I’ve loved the service from the staff and doctors. Recently they’ve almost doubled their price for private pay without insurance for a simple visit, not anything special just a charge to be seen. I guess it’s time to find a new primary, it’s a shame too because I really liked everything about this place."

"If you like being spoken to like a child and an extremely rude Nurse Practioner named Deborah Jackson, this is your place. Extremely unprofessional person. I have been going there for years thinking that this is just the way it is in Doctors offices, but its not. My last visit was like being sent to principles office for a scolding. I canceled my follow up appoitnment today becuse of the way I was treated on the last visit and Deborah Jackson called me and basically scolded me once again for cacelling the appointment. Deborah, I have news for you, Im not your child and certainly not your employee. Learn some manners. There are plenty of options out ther for healthcare and this should not be your choice. Move on."
