"I am new to the area and needed to get a new vet that wasn't all the way on the west side of Jacksonville. I Googled and this was the 2nd vet that came up. The customer service rep that answered the phone talked to me for an hour walking me through each of my pets needs as they are all very different. We talked about Wellness Plans for each animal and set up the appointment. I even was able to move my appointment twice 4 days earlier than the original time. Everyone from the tecs to the vets I met each day have been more than accommodating and you can tell they really love the dogs. I would highly recommend taking your pets to this location."

"We had to make an emergency trip for a sick rat in bad condition, and their office was absolutely great. They took us in on next to no notice and were extremely caring towards our girl. The vet, Dr. Quinn, was clearly knowledgeable about rats, which is hard to find even with exotic vets. The vet tech, Ms. Wheeler was also very knowledgeable, helpful, and caring towards our rat while she was handling her and showing us the medication. We were charged for the visit, an ultrasound, an X-ray, and 2 medications, and it was notably less expensive for more extensive testing then any other exotic or emergency vet I have been to with rats. Very grateful for the help and the staff."
