"I’ve been seeing Domys Peña for close to 5 years. While she is a doll and kind, the staff is lacking. Have an emergency? Wait for a month. Need meds filled that your body depends on to survive and call 10 times and still they aren’t filled? Then this is your place. Feel like waiting 2 hours or more for your appointment made right after lunch so you don’t have to wait? This is your spot. As someone who goes several times a year, this was profoundly my experience. And it’s been awful. My health has suffered too. The language barrier left me leaving the office with only half of things done that were requested, so I’d have to spend another couple days following up and requesting medical needs. Have an emergency? Need a referral? If you have a plan that requires a referral, you must go back in and see the doctor for the new referral even though you’ve already had same referral in the past. Again, the wait for that new appointment is over a month or more every single time. My suggestion? Just, don’t."
"Staff very professional friendly curtious attentive, Dr. Domys Pena has been my entire family's Doctor she is the best we've ever had.She's so caring and listens to your complaints discomforts. She takes her time to explain what to do with the discomfort. Checks our labs and gives results on a timely manner. We give Dr Pena a 20 for her services we love her and all her staff."

"Dr. Jimenez is a kind and compassionate physician that takes the time you need. He also has a great sense of humor. His staff are equally as nice and helpful. Vivian in the lab is so patient and kind. I am a very hard stick and she gets me everytime. I am so blessed to have found this practice."
