"No matter what time your appointment is it takes an hour just to be screened by the nurse then you get put in a room and wait forever for 5 minutes of the Drs time. This happens every time you have an appointment with Dr Ambati"

"I can't rate the doctor because every time I bring my father at the time of the appointment she finds out she doesn't have what she needs. At the initial consult she didn't have the results from the test ordered by the primary dr. She asks he assistant where they are and she is a deer in head lights. I call the dr office and ask them to fax everything over again. We wait she reviews it infront of us and wants to see the actual test. We ask the primary to send over the CD and reschedule. Dr says if I get the CD sooner I will call you in sooner (don't hold your breath). Last night the office calls to confirm the appt I ask if the dr got every thing will we need to plan on extended time the receptionist gives me attitude and says your being squeezed in so you will not be here more than 15 mins. I said wow the dr said that if she visually agreed with the write up of the tests she was planning on a stress test and oft her stuff but ok. We come in the quickly swipe the card for the copay BECAUSE THAT IS WHAT IS IMPORTANT, nurse takes vitals, dr pops in and says to the nurse I don't see the cd of his echo and that is the only reason he is here? Nurse deer in headlights shrugs shoulders. Now we are in the room and they are scrambling to get the information they need. This maybe a great DR but the unprepared office is a reflection on the dr. Does this mean she preps for a surgery right before? I hope she does use the same assistant because Yesenia is not the sharpest tool in the shed. For a cardio office I consider Yesina a danger to the patients of this office. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED. This is why I do not let my elderly father go to the dr alone."

"I went here due to a history of heart disease in my family. I went through the testing just fine but when it came to going over my results and answering my questions, I felt blown off. I didn't even realize the doctor was done with me because he never went over my results. I had to chase him down in the hallway to go over things and answer my questions. There was also a test that I ordered and brought with me so they could do a cheek swab and send it out. I asked on multiple visits and they just kept putting it off. Ultimately they never did it. I cannot recommend this place. I get better care at the walk in clinic."
