"They overbook all appointments or lack the ability to handle them efficiently. You will be seen far later than your appointment time. The office has a thick and dank smell to it. You will want to wear a mask here. There is an overflow of patients in the lobby. They also play loud club music while you wait. If you have another choice go with them. This place doesn’t care if they are at maximum capacity. I had a colonoscopy booked here and they realized in the table it was not safe for my procedure to be there. The doctor then offered to do it with no anesthesia. This is a factory. You are not in good hands. Go to a practice with a lighter load and doctors who heal. Edit: The nurse took a call and is helping her boyfriend in the middle of getting my vitals. She asked what the scale said, I lied. She looked but the call made her forget."
"What a customer service, all the nurses and staff are amazing. I was really cold and one of the nurse brought me a warm blanket. They all make sure you are comfortable. This is the second procedure and I definitely would come back"
"Title: Unpleasant Experience Highlights Issues in Customer Service I recently visited the Digestive and Liver Center of FL for an ultrasound service at the radiology center, and unfortunately, the experience was far from satisfactory. Upon arrival, I was informed of a payment of $180.99, but when I requested a written breakdown, I faced resistance from the staff. The secretary directed me to the main building, where I met Melissa. Unfortunately, she couldn't provide the details I needed and handed me a medical order and documents for alternative service locations without addressing my concerns. My meeting with Betty, the office manager, was equally disappointing. Despite my plea for transparency in the billing process, she dismissed my concerns and asked me to wait outside due to being unwell. Attempts to obtain a written breakdown were met with resistance and a dismissive attitude. The lack of clarity and transparency in the billing process, coupled with the disrespectful tone from the staff, left me feeling frustrated and disappointed. Patients deserve clear communication and respectful treatment, especially concerning health and billing matters. Adding to the negative experience, Karrie Miles, who later attended to me, exhibited exceptionally rude behavior, exacerbating the overall dissatisfaction. As a result, I have canceled my future appointments. I hope this review serves as constructive feedback for the center to reevaluate its customer service practices. Prioritizing transparency and patient well-being is crucial to ensure a positive experience for all. I would recommend you to consider seeking services from another provider who values your time, your money, and respects you as a patient. It's important to choose a provider that adheres to laws meant to protect patients. Here, you are seen merely as a source of revenue, and they do not appreciate you as a customer, let alone as a patient."
"Once you enter the procedure room every thing is fast paced. I really appreciate the tech in the room, she was keeping me informed of every move since she noticed I was nervous. She have amazing bedside manners. My five stars go to her. Every one here did their job as expected (ones more autopilot than others but as expected ;) ) We shouldn’t be asked to leave a review as we recover. Literally 5 mns earlier you are told not to drive or sign papers thanks!"
"I will give them -10 ⭐️ if I could. Do not go if you are sick they will let you die. Estimated time of wait 2 hours minimum. Nobody tells you if they are behind scheduled they just make you wait till is time to close then you have to request to be rescheduled. Horrible customer service there’s one young lady who is the most unpleasant person to talk to."
