"I am struggling really bad at the moment and I had a long time to wait to be seen but Doctor Jose Torres Ramirez was wonderful in attending me the soonest possible, he went above and beyond trying to keep up with my health concerns and checking up on me. The staff is also friendly, and I was a little bit Karen like due to my pain, which I apologize and I am thankful for their patience in understanding that I am frustrated and pained with my health at the moment. They were kind and worked to their best abilities to resolve the issues they could on their end. I did not felt unwelcome or just like another number, they made me feel like I matter."

"Dr Torres is great! However receptionists are absolutely atrocious human beings. This place seems to only cater to the Hispanic population of Orlando based off of how others are treated better than others and I'm starting to see a trend. I'd recommend the business hire better nurses/receptionists immediately."
