"Dr Joel Garcia is a great cardiologist, but his staff handling his affairs, including his nurse, is utterly incompetent and useless. Gave them a medical clearance form from the dentist to be signed and faxed over TWICE, and two times in a row they claim they don't know what form I'm referring to."

"I’ve been to this office before for my last pregnancy and had the worst experience. I recently went again for my 27 week ultrasound and i was reluctant on coming to this office because of how I was treated lash time. The front desk was way more professional and welcoming than when I came in about 3 years ago. I was only there for an ultrasound and the tech, Lori Brown, was not personable AT ALL. She didn’t say anything to me the entire ultrasound which was around a 30-45 min appt. And when she was done she didn’t say goodbye or anything she just said “you can go”. Every time i come to this office the staff is incredibly rude and never changes."
