"Not a fan. Saw Dr Rodriguez in June who ordered blood work and calcium CT. I wanted to wait until January so I could address these diagnostics and other health concerns in one calendar year deductible. I called to get the prescription sent to radiology, and was denied the prescription because 6 months was too long and he’d have to see me again to make the referral. There was no change in symptoms, not that he asked. It would make more sense, and save me his office fee as well as valuable time, to make the prescription then meet with me to go over results. I won’t be returning to this office."
"Front desk staff is extremely rude and unprofessional. Brandi is one of the staff I encountered and she was very bothered by having to help me. I see from previous reviews this is not an isolated incident, hopefully the office will do better with staffing the face of their practice. I will not be returning as a patient due to the rudeness of the staff."
"English is a second language for the office staff and they seemed to be too busy to accommodate an english speaking patient. Never made it past reception to schedule an appointment. The cardiologist might be great but we'll never know."
"The doctors are wonderful, however the front desk staff is unfriendly, rude and acts annoyed that your presence is interfering with their gossip hour. In the time I waited I heard how they all hate one person because she asks for too much vacation, what cars they want to buy and listened to one woman say “oh my god” like she’s exasperated every time a new patient walks in. This is my first experience with a cardiovascular doctor and I’m quite nervous. Being treated like an inconvenience is only making it worse."
"My issue is with the waiting area for patients. Keep in mind if you bring an elderly parent, relative etc and they have to do a stress test (not the treadmill option). It is an uncomfortable 4 hour process for them. The "waiting period" is in their general lobby, sitting in lobby chairs for 4 hours, no TVs, no reading material. It's a very disappointing experience that I feel this practice should REALLY try to make more comfortable for the elderly patients that are waiting. Do better."
