"This is both a review of this particular medical center and Premier Medical Associates as a whole. We were told yesterday after receiving lab results that an urgent telehealth visit with our doctor was necessary and was automatically set up for us the following afternoon. Less than 12 hours later we were notified that they had overbooked our doctor and would put a different doctor on call with us early in the morning. We arrived in the call early for the meeting, and proceeded to wait for almost two hours without anyone coming on, sending us a call, text, email or communication of any kind. While we waited, we called through to their support line, and the agent informed us he would reach out to them for an update, placed us on hold for 38 minutes, and then hung up on us. We had to then call in, and were offered an in-person appointment the following day. The idea that we could be waiting for an urgent call for almost two hours and receive nothing back reflects very poorly on both the staff, doctors, and the association itself."
