"Visited Dr. Flores for my periodic blood work, and everything went very well. I actually showed up about 20 minutes early for my appointment, and Dawn(Dr. Flores' office nurse) was able to take me in very shortly thereafter. Dawn, as always, was very pleasant, efficient, and had my blood drawn for testing very quickly. Quick urine sample was requested and completed, and I was on my way about 5 minutes ahead of my original appointment time!"

"Let me start by saying that my first visit that i had with Doctor Flores, I was angry and in pain for I had some issue with controlling my Lupus flare. I ended up taking my anger on the doctor and his staff when all they wanted to do is help me get my flares under control. I did not know that Lupus can effect your brain cells and if left untreated that it can make you depress and full of anxiety. Dr. Flores ended up giving me the right medication to control my anxiety. I'm not a hundred percent but I am getting there thanks to Dr. Flores and his staff. You guys really do care about your patients. Shout out to Jennifer the office manager. Girl thank you for having patients with me when I was terribly rude to you. Please accept my apologies. Dr. Flores I wanted to apologies for my behavior but you understood the condition I was in before I knew what was happening to me. Thank you guys, I will definitely refer you guys. I can't express how happy I am thanks to you guys having patience with my irrate a** lol. I look forward to seeing you guys again."
