"I had the worst experience today with a representative which I informed that I was out of my medication. Then someone from the the office called me at 2:45 right as I just got home, saying that I have to stop by and sign something due to new policy or something. I called upset and spoke with Julia which denied me the option to complain. The only employee that has always treated me with respect is Kim and my doctor.Extremely unprofessional staff. If you want people that don't care about your health, feel free to be part of their club."

"Center Well in Casselberry is where my primary doctor (Dr. Jared West) and my Care Coach ( Bethzaida Perez) give me the kind of care one can appreciate. My care coach, Bethzaida really takes the time educating me about my health care issues, and I see that she really cares about her patients, and her profession. All of the caregivers there are polite and helpful. This kind of service makes me feel like I’m in the right place with the right care team. I have had other offices asking me to try their facilities. But for me, if it’s not broken don’t fix it. I’m satisfied here at Center Well of Casselberry for my care, with my care team.
