"I saw a few bad reviews and it made me want to write one of my own because I personally love this office. I used to go to Shilpa Patel and when the office changed I stayed. I find that all of the doctors here are very patient and they spend their time talking to you about all of your concerns and they have a great bedside manner. The nurse practitioner is great as well. They do have their marijuana thing going on, and they have brought it up to me which I have politely declined and they don’t push it. The reason they brought it up to me is because I have multiple sclerosis and for most people with this disease it does help. So I appreciate the offer but I’m just not interested in it personally. Whatever I need and whatever I ask for they have always been there. Whatever I need to get done they get it done so for me that’s a win. Out of all of the primary care doctors I have had, this office is my favorite"

"Awesome! Every staff member is 100% committed to your care! Dr. Patel, Matt, & Lindsay have a gentle bedside manner, are easy to talk to, and a solution for you. Urgent visits are same day and refill requests are handled fast. They also have a large number of pharmacy contacts to get you the best price in your medications."

"I've been happy with Dr Patel, he's been willing to accept my input in my medical decisions which is nice because there are some docs that sort of treat you like you aren't there. We've been able to get a handle on something that I've had going on for a while. He's willing to take your questions but if you are in a hurry he's good about not wasting your time in the appointment. One other thing of note- I have this feeling at doctors that if I ask for something or voice too much of my opinion that it will be taken as a sign I'm up to no good. Call it paranoia but I've always been that way- about antibiotics, pain medicine a bunch of years ago when several of my fingers were nearly severed and I had bad nerve damage..... just really anything. When I explained what I thought needed to be done about my current-day medical issues, we discussed it for a while, he gave his input, and because of all of that we were able to get me in a much more functional state. And maybe more importantly- he told me he could tell I was telling the truth (which I was) and it felt nice to be believed. Oh- the staff has always bee really good to me, some of the nicest office staff I've encountered. And they looked at my cat pictures- so a +1 for that. (Don't worry- they had a lull in work during a slow day- they were not slacking.)"

"I have been a patient at WP Family Practice for over 6 years. I wish that I could give 10 stars. Dr Patel is a excellent doctor with a great bed side manner. Lindsay Piet PA is exceptional. I had a really rough past year and Lindsay was so compassionate and thorough. Always took her time to listen to me and always answered all my questions and explained my concerns. Never tried to rush me and made sure that I understood everything we discussed. I also love the fact that they do lab work in the office among other routine procedures. Lori and the ladies in the office always welcome you with a smile and are all professional. Makes you feel like family. I would highly recommend this Office."

"My family used to go to this Doctor when Dr. Shilpa Patel was here. She was great. Very nice. Always remembered our names and kept up with previous appointments. However, she has since left the practice and now I can't get anyone at the office there to return my calls while I have prescriptions waiting. I moved to Texas a few months ago, and they still haven't/won't return the pharmacy or my own requests for refills even though I have been to see them within the last year (as I did annually.) It has taken us some time to find a new Doctor, and it would have been nice for them to actually respond and say SOMETHING, but the staff here is incredibly lazy and clearly refuses to respond to phone calls or faxes. The operations and non medical staff has always been like this too. I do not recommend this practice at all."
