"If I can give them no-stars, I would. I was referred to them by my main doctor from Orlando Health due to my emergency bug bits reactions. I saw so many negative reviews about this business on google and decided to cancel my appointment. I was afraid that they could charge me since they got my credit card information. Because my credit card detail information was required to make an appointment with them, it was so strange!!! And they told me because if I don't show up, i would be charged. I called today and asked the front desk agent to cancel it. She was sound like a foreigner with a heavy accent. I asked her if she would email, text or send me something to approve my appointment cancellation, she relied impatiently and rude and told me that she would NOT be able to send my anything, and then she hung up my phone call. I called the office again, and she picked my phone call and hung up my call again. I would not recommend them to anyone!"
"The hours for me were great as my work hours are in the middle of the day. Everyone was nice enough and the 2 offices I went to were good. The reason I give a 2/5 stars is due to having a referral from the doctor for a specific drug/medicine allergy i needed to get checked. You have to go in 3 times: consultation, then the tests, then to see the doctor. I would make sure to triple check as when I called for an appointment, then separately when I arrived for my first visit and then lastly when I spoke with the consultant I told them the specific reason I was there. I ended up being asked if I wanted to also do other allergy tests which I took advantage of, why not. But then realized I hadn’t gotten the test as needed. I called and explained this to make sure that I was getting the test in my final visit. It was explained that k would need to see the doctor to let them know and then from there they can schedule an allergy test as needed. I don’t want to have to go in more than 3 times to pay a copay each time when it should’ve been done since the beginning. I’d make sure you know what you need and make sure they can take care of that in the appointments they are scheduling."
"I put off going to an allergist for my itchy skin because I figured no doctor would take their time to figure it out. Luckily I got into this office when everybody else was booked out for months (it’s not because they are bad but because they actually staff properly!). Their nurses had great personalities and knew how to joke around and make it light. Their nurse practitioner Liz took her time in asking every question to get an overall picture. She let me talk and explain my strange symptoms. She didn’t make me do unnecessary testing just to get more money out of me. Dr. Schwartz also took his time giving me my results. I’m so thankful they found an answer and I can have relief!"
"I cant believe that nowdays health has became a business. Just to get a right exam you have to visit the doctor office more than three time, and in the meantime he is charging you because you have to see him. ( stealing your money). My experience with the doctor has being horrible. I ask for a regular skin test in April and we are in may and still I haven’t getting it done yet. I scheduled an appointment for skin test and they said that I need first a consultation. Alright!!!. The saw me and he clearly told me, I can’t treat you because I don’t know what you have. He doesn’t know anything about skin rash. However, he told me I can order you the skin test. Alright!!! I was scheduled for the skin test in 3 weeks later. And finally the day came and the nurse did a different skin test ( patch test), totally different of what I asked him for. So now I may have to way three more weeks to get the right test. What is happening with all the doctors. They have given up their ethic and and have became more about money that care. In this days they only matter that you visit them several time so they can get more money from you and from your insurance. This is ridiculous, they don’t care about you health anymore. This is totally crazy. I really do not recommend this doctor to anybody. After I finish the right test, I hope I get it done soon, I will say bye bye doctor. It wasn’t a pleasure to meet you."
"Doctor Schwartz seemed to be very knowledgeable and very personable. My experience on an initial consultation was excellent, except that he forgot to send home samples with me. My test results concluded that we should start into Immunotherapy, or allergy shots. I sent in the consent form to begin, and was told I'd be contacted within two weeks. After two and a half weeks I finally called them. I was told I'd need twice as many shots/twice the cost the doctor had told me, and when I explained what the physician said, was told the doctor would be consulted and I would receive a call back. A week later I called back. They had called, but not left a message. Now that that was all straightened out, I discovered that as a self-pay patient I had been over-charged for the initial visit. The staff member promised to take care of that, and said my shots should be ready the following Monday and that I would receive a call. (It was a Friday.) I waited until Tuesday and finally called. Change of story. Their people prepared shots only on Thursday and Fridays, but they put a note on my order to make it a top priority so I could come in Thursday afternoon. Again, I waited for the call. No call. Finally I called on Friday. Apparently they closed at noon. My patience is wearing thin with this clinic. We're two weeks past when treatment should have started and I'm still uncertain any progress has been made. At this point I'm considering taking my self-pay business elsewhere. Surely there are people who value customer service?"
