"They don’t speak English, don’t expect excellent customer service, there is no online booking. BUT!!!! I always leave this place without the problem I came with. I recommend 90 or 120 min. The owner is trying her best! She is great."
"I had a horrible experience, I went in the morning without appointment and I was told I needed to have an appointment so they could see me, I made my appointment right there with them for 5 pm. I arrived at 4:45 pm and starting knocking the door around that time once every 3-5 minutes, I noticed that there was a car parked outside so I thought they were busy and continued to wait until 5:20 pm, i called them to see why nobody was opening the door and was told the Doctor was busy, if I could go and come back the next day at the same time, i told the person on the phone I made my appointment earlier that day and I was told to come at 5, she answered “I know, but she is busy and can’t see you, can you come back another day”, I did not even see any sign of anyone wanting to help or at least coming outside to let us know what was going on, instead they told me to go home after I made my appointment, waited for 35 minutes and called them 4 times to finally get a response. Please don’t waste your time"
"I've gone to Morning Bell Acupuncture 2 times so far - both last week - and I must say my heel spur pain and plantar fasciitis are definitely responding well to the treatment! I've been in the worst pain with every step that I take (for 6+ months straight) and was even in a medical walking boot for a month. I got tired of wearing the boot and my pain was not subsiding, so I took it off. After 2 visits, I feel so much difference! I'm opening a restaurant as a manager this week and am on my feet for 12+ hours daily, and I'm so thankful to have found Morning Bell Acupuncture. I can't wait for my appointment tomorrow and plan to become a regular patient/customer going monthly, or weekly, if my schedule allows. It's such a relief to find a good place that is able to treat my pain. They really know what they are doing and are kind and professional!"
"Won’t be back again, worst body work session I’ve ever received in my life. I received acupuncture twice from Dr. Xiou, first session was great, there was a lot of attention given to my areas of discomfort. SECOND SESSION WAS A DISASTER!!!, I was unable to relax due to both of the other STAFF WALKING INTO THE ROOM A TOTAL OF SIX TIMES, three of which was TO HAND HIM THE PHONE of someone who was ON SPEAKER...DURING MY SESSION Dr. Xiou speaks on the phone just a second before he was putting the needles in me, then LEAVES THE ROOM TO HAVE HIS PHONE CONVERSATION. There’s a sanitary issue with that. They also had the tv in the waiting area so loud I heard the tv more than the tranquil music playing the the room. Between the phone conversations, the tv and people walking in and out of the room and talking loudly I COULD NOT RELAX. After the session was over I explained to Dr Xiou that I already was having a bad day and almost canceled on him, however, I was considering his time. Only to receive less a then satisfactory effort from him. I am a licensed massage therapist I understand the physical and emotional energy it takes to do body work, I also understand that whatever is going on in your life once a client is on the table somehow you have to shut off all the personal chaos big or small going on in your personal life.. People pay for your time and effort and energy. You can not physically juggle your personal life and work at the same time. It is unprofessional and the client feels the lack of effort. I left Dr. Xiou feeling worse today, I really should have canceled. Lastly after mentioning my experience to him he did give me an apology however did not offer to discount my session or offer any incentive to come back. There was no guarantee that disturbances like that won’t happen again and usually does not happen."
"Went today for the first time. I was brought to the room for a full bodied massage followed by a thorough session of electroacupuncture. Then Dr. Zheng did more massage and reflexology techniques. She found problems that I knew I had but hadn't disclose. Treatment #1 and I feel great. Definitely it's worth the money."
