"I made an appointment to see Dr Rivera. I have never been to this office nor did I know where it’s at. Needless to say with the exits so messed up with the road construction I was 3 whole min late. You would think that they know people will be late with the construction having exits closed and other roads block someone may be late. Granted I left early and with all the delays was still only 3 min late. However; the rude clerk at the front desk said it didn’t matter and I would need to reschedule. No need as I will never be back!"

"I had my first appointment as a new patient and I had a pleasant experience. The staff, medical assistant Maria and Dr. Kwok were friendly, helpful , caring and professional. I was nervous about this visit because I was in search for a new doctor after my prior one didn't accept my insurance after being with them since 2002. Therefore this visit meant a lot to me and I am thankful for my pleasant experience that eased my mind of knowing I choose the right doctor."

"I've been using this office for well over 20 yrs, and with great satisfaction. My first physician there was Dr DelaVega, who moved on to start her own practice. Dr Debora Greaves has serviced me, since. Very knowledgeable and patient, she knows my history and issues. Very honest and transparent. We work together on my issues. I like that. I saw Dr Kwok, once, when Dr Greaves was unavailable and was satisfied that she was very knowledgeable. The nurses and other ancillary staff are excellent. Have always given me excellent service. The facility is always clean, even before it was acquired by Florida Hospital. My calls are returned, timely. It's a peaceful setting, with staff being ready to help. Not a large, bustling office, which I prefer. Surprised at the 2.8 rating. But, when people are ill or hurting, some see others through their illness and pain."

"Dr. Kwok is awesome!! I love this office. I came here after getting no help from my former doctor. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I've had 4 visits so far and every time the staff was smiling and nice. I've never waited more than 15 minutes to go back to see her and didn't wait long for her to come in my room. The nurses are great! They make you feel very comfortable. Dr. Kwok takes time and listens to all of my concerns and addresses each one. That was a blessing! I complained about the same problems with my previous doctor and got nowhere. After the first visit with Dr. Kwok, she had extensive labs done and before my next appointment she already had her office calling me setting up specialists referrals based on my labs. She never dismissed a single symptom that I had. I found I have heart disease and autoimmune disease among other problems. I feel her quick actions saved me from getting worse, got me properly diagnosed and started me on treatment plans. She gets the information from your specialists so she has the full picture of your overall health. I like that! I never have a problem reaching someone when I call in and I receive return phone calls rather quickly. I will never go to a different doctor."

"I just called to set up an appointment with my "NEW" doctor. Not only did the young lady gave me attitude over the phone, but she didn't have no sense of urgency to help me. I can understand that Doctor's do get booked up, However, her reason to why my doctor is booked, is due to him not liking to do a lot of evaluations for people's insurance company a day. So just because he feels is a inconvenience now I am stuck to square one in finding a better doctor who can take me in me without thinking about himself. Again this is not from the doctors mouth, but from the assistant that they have at the front desk of this office."
