"This is one of the worse experiences we've had with this institution. I brought my father-in-law for a colonoscopy and the staff there was of no help. We had to wheel him around, undress him on the bed and get him ready for his procedure. The only helpful people there were the staff at registration and check-in office. I would strongly suggest that if you have elderly relative that needs a colonoscopy, take them elsewhere."
