"Hi, I thought about it and after calling 3 times and asking for the pharmacy, after 20 or more minutes, they hung up on me, also the service provided is not acceptable, bad answers, very lack of professionalism, the pharmacist speaks to you from his position and everyone knows what you need, please talk to the employees and ask them to correct it. Pharmacy 122 Ave and 8 street"
"I would to start off by saying I’m currently pregnant and was expecting a decent and professional service from the pharmacy department at this store that I’ve been using for the past three years. My specialist sent all the needed medication to the pharmacy (as always) and I noticed that my medicine was put on “hold” on my cvs app and thought that was odd, I called the pharmacy and non answered the phone after being on hold for a long time, I then drove myself to the pharmacy and one staff member told me that my insurance didn’t cover the medicine, I left the pharmacy and called my insurance to confirm this information, only to be told that they had indeed approved it and would only cost me $0.06, I was put on hold as they called the pharmacist to have him rerun the prescription in their system. My insurance was told my prescription was going to be ready in two days as they needed to order the machine needed (due Friday). It’s important to note I was still able to see all the medication my Dr. Has prescribed me with at this point. I then showed up on Friday to the pharmacy to pick up my prescription only to find out they has DELETED all of my prescriptions form their system!!!! I asked to speak to the pharmacist and he refused to even look up at me, he only looked at this keyboard and kept typing as I needed an explanation of what had happened with my prescription and wanted to transfer it else where if they didn’t have the machine in stock (they confirme they never ordered it) I was beyond frustrated this point as they asked me to contact my Dr in a Friday night in a long weekend so they could resend all the prescriptions! (Again showing how professional they are and further delaying the process of getting my prescriptions needed for my pregnancy) I called their customer service phone number only to be told that my only resource was the useless u professional pharmacist. My insurance kept calling the pharmacist for an hour only to be put on hold and him refusing to talk to them at all- pharmacist name was incompetent Joe. I had to wait until today (Tuesday) - 4 days later to go to my Drs office to get the prescriptions again, this time sending them to Walgreens as they still had the nerves to tell my dr that they never ame the prescriptions correctly so they decided to delete them all their system, she then proceeded to tell them she sent them correctly so they came up with the excuse my insurance didn’t cover it (lies). Please stay away from this pharmacy and save yourself ongoing delays that harm your health or your baby’s health, they are unprofessional, rude and not caring at all!!!"
"I won’t even begin to pretend that i know how to run a pharmacy, but i do believe that respect and professionalism go a long way in any type of business. After walking to the “consult” window and patiently waiting for some dude in a cotton candy Kenough hoodie to acknowledge me, i have to yell my question to him because god forbid he came over to use the computer that’s by the window. I’m assuming with my limited knowledge that having to yell your questions about prescription medicines across a pharmacy has to break some sort of HIPAA violation. Then after that having to feel judged as the “pharmacist” smirk amongst themselves about those questions. What’s even more irritating is that NO ONE answers the phone in this place, so then you’re forced to go in person and deal with this. I was literally just told what they thought i needed to hear so i can go away. My questions were never resolved. Needless to say I will be moving my prescriptions out of this location, because there is absolutely no reason to have to put up with this. I wish corporate would call and visit these places to check in on customer service strategies because this pharmacy lacks it on all fronts."
"I had my 7th. Covid-19 Vaccinations by Moderna. They were very busy with the drive up window, answering the phone and filling prescriptions. Excellent service"
"I was a loyal costumer of this location until today. My mother was testing a body spray perfume on her arm, which she was going to buy. And she was told by 3 crew members that she was not allowed to test the body sprays because the product would loose weight, my mom told them that she needs to smell the perfume before buying it because if she doesn’t like it she won’t buy it after, after that one of the crew members told my mother that she needs to buy a perfume that she knows that if she doesn’t know the perfume she can’t buy it, or buy it without testing it first. I told her that they need to have testers for each bottle. This CVS completely lost two loyal costumers ! ( giving it 1 star because I can’t post the review with at least one star )"
