"I pulled up to the drive-thru, pressed the call button, & waited patiently for the attendant.  On the phone discussing personal matters, I rolled up my window to wait.  Suddenly, at the window appeared the pharmacist, Chelsea, vigorously waving at me with disgust on her face, making a rude hand gesture as if to say, "Come on!"  Confused, I rolled down my window to hear someone on the speaker say, "We're trying to get your attention." I said, "I'm sorry, I had my window up as I didn't see anyone, but that person was very rude."  Nancy (on the speaker) explained, "We have headsets so we aren't required to go to the window." I said, "OK, but that was very rude."  She did not reply with an apology on her colleague's behalf or validate my concern. She abruptly asked, "What's the date of birth?" In short, because of lack of word count space, I am upset by Chelsea's lack of professionalism and poor customer service. That treatment was completely unnecessary. A simple wave would have worked."

"After evacuating for hurricane Ian, I did not have what I needed until I could go home. The pharmacy technician and pharmacist were understanding and did what they needed to help me get my medications. They were friendly and did not make me feel like it was an inconvenience at all."

"The worse CVS ever. I went to pick up a prescription that they said they had filled. I went there to pick it up, and they were out of the prescription. The pharmacist said she would call within an hour to tell me which other CVS I could pick it up. They didn't call. I called them. Then, they said that I need to call other CVS stores myself to find a medicine that I urgently need."
