"My dog was having some respiratory issues and I had called another vet clinic for an appointment,, but they weren't able to fit me in today. After reading many reviews I decided to make an appointment with urgent vet. It was easy to do online and I'm glad that I did. They were waiting when we arrived & took us right into a room. The place was very clean. The Dr & tech listened with care and concern and did a thorough exam. They made good recommendations for a reasonable price. Thank you so much."

"2/9/24 First off they offer great hours. The staff put us at ease immediately. Kathy was the gal who quickly came into a private room with us and did the assessment on our sick kitty. She was very calm and caring which made me feel my pet was in very good hands. She explained what would be happening with my permission & reviewed with me the cost of all my options in advance. Kathy comforted me a great deal, assuring me she would be back there with my pet during the exam. The Dr. was very kind & informative explaining after the examination choices I was not aware of which eased my mind. I would absolutely recommend this facility! It is very clean & accommodating. They think of everything you may need to make you and your pet comfortable. That includes fresh coffee, water & more. The next day I had a question & called the office. Kathy was there & answered my question with sincere pleasure. This place was a wonderful choice in a very difficult time. I hugged both Kathy & the Dr. when it was all over. They are wonderful gals. "My cat was struggling to use her back legs. It was late in the evening and I needed to take her to an emergency room. Still fairly new to the area so I found this place via Google. Never heard of it before. But i instantly liked it. The website tells you the average wait time and allows you to save your spot online. Based on our drive time. I was able to reserve a time slot that allowed her to be seen as soon as we arrived. They couldn't save my baby. But having access to care so fast and efficiently meant she didn't have to suffer very long. Everyone was professional and courteous. Their service was greatly appreciated. RIP Houdini. Mommy loves you always and forever."

"Had to make a trip to the vet because my poor girl had issues with her eyes over the holiday weekend. Kathy was very helpful in making our Minnie feel comfortable and loved and Doctor Hedges was very professional and efficient in making a diagnosis to help out in the next steps of treatment. The atmosphere was very clean and welcoming as well. We would definitely bring any of our fur babies back if any urgent help was needed."

"My experience taking my Yorkie to Urgent Care in Ft. Myers Florida was amazing from the time I walked in the door personally greeted, taken to a room. They were caring and so concerned about my girl.The vet was very knowledgeable and suggested x-rays to get a better understanding to help my girl They were reasonable instead of going to Emergency Vet Clinic.
