"This pharmacy is horrible - I've been on the phone for near an hour, the pharmacist literally picked up after putting me on hold, realized I was still on, then put me back on hold. This is not the first time that this is happened. He finally answered and told me he had to call me back -- how do you have to call me back after I've been sitting on hold this long? No solutions and no idea whether I'll receive a callback. They're waiting for you to give up on getting your medication. They are also always out of my ADHD prescription - if you can get filled literally anywhere else, you should."

"4-5 people working in pharmacy and they close the drive thru. Gosh wish I had been aware of this. I can't get out of my vehicle with ease and takes me a long time to get in/out of my vehicle. Guess I'll go to CVS then"

"Walgreens is franchise on the decline and I'd avoid going to any of them ever. Pharmacy, grocery, shipping, etc. are all handled better elsewhere. I've been to various Walgreens stores several times, and every single time I go, something inevitably goes wrong. I've had vaccine appointments cancelled without notice. I've had in-store credits denied because "our computer systems aren't working". And most recently I went there just because there's a FedEx dropoff in-store, and they said, "it's too heavy according to our store policy, go somewhere else." Truly amazing."

"Went on Wednesday after work to get prescription refill. Sign on door read pharmacy closed. Went on Thursday evening and they only had 10 pills not my 180. Spript is for an anti inflammatory, Told to come back Friday because the truck was coming in. Went back Friday evening, they said the truck didn't show. Told to come back Monday. Went Monday evening and they again told me the truck didn't show up What's going on here? Is there a shortage of cececoxib I don't know about? Don't lie to me. If you forgot to order it,own up to it. I highly doubt 2 delivery trucks just didnt6show up. Shouldn't be people putting stock on shelves if you haven't got any deliveries in5 days"

"Great customer service in regards to banners and photo printing! The manager and young lady that was working were both very accommodating and helpful! They did a great job communicating and keeping in touch with me, while at the same time being the only two working!"
