"I've been on just on hold, on the phone for 30+ mins because they can't find the bill or eob... I have it in front of me. she's being so rude; she put me on hold before I could explain I have the claim number on the eob. I also have tried to explain to her multiple times she is mixing up two of my visits and the payments associated with them. Which is unacceptable because ones 2/2023 and the other 8/2023. She has put me on mute to ignore what I'm saying and when I try to speak up she responds with are you done so I can talk. How is this customer service... I hope no one else has to deal with this. They lost the eob. I have to send a third one now. No result in sight"

"My wife received good care, but the office staff were careless in their record keeping. In spite of making a copy of our insurance card, they had her listed as uninsured, and had copied her birthdate incorrectly. Because of this, we were overcharged $120, for which we will eventually be reimbursed."

"CareSpot is double dipping in payments and don't care in the slightest. I was seen in November 2020 after a card accident. I was told I had to pay out of pocket and then they would bill my care insurance even though my car insurance specifically said to show them my card regarding my medical expenses. They charged my credit card and billed my insurance the next day. My insurance paid right away. The check was cleared on 12/3/2020. I have had to contact billing over a dozen times since then, each time getting a ridiculous run around. On January 4th my car insurance contacted them with the copy of the check they wrote an entire month prior and to apply that balance to my account so I could be reimbursed. It's now 1/22, two weeks later, and nobody is responding to my emails or answering my calls. I will have to continue to contact them to ever get this taken care, if that day ever happens. I will now turn to reviews and Better Business Bureau in hopes of getting this rectified."

"Called 5 times today to ask about Corona virus testing but never got through. I even called from the parking lot and was able to see no other customers in the building and receptionist not on the phone; still no answer. I made an appointment online but was told results would take 7-10 days when many other places around the city are regularly returning results within 24-36 hours. By the time you get your results you would have spent a full 2 weeks in quarantine regardless of being positive or not. If you want Corona virus testing this is the LAST place you should go"

"This place lacks professionalism, I made an online appointment, received a confirmation e-mail and when I arrived after driving from St. Augustine Fl (40 minutes away), they said they did not have no appointment for me there. Lady at the front desk did not even seam bothered at all nor maid an attempt to ask me anything other than No, we do not have you in our system for an appointment. I am attaching a pic of my appointment reservation email, I guess they do not honor “The FREE eye exams” they offer online. Definitely not coming back."
