"I have spent over 10k here and was a returning customer until now along with my spouse. I have never felt as mistreated as this place has made me feel. I actually feel stress coming into an appointment. In the middle of my treatments my husband I unexpectedly got pregnant. I unfortunately lost the baby so when I came in for my next appointment I mentioned i was planning on seeing a fertility doc. The NP who saw me said if I was trying to get pregnant or was pregnant i would need to wait for further treatments. This was also on the tail end of covid so everyone was extra cautious about appointments anyways. So my husband and I went on to see a fertility doc and had 5 more losses. After I decided to stop trying I tried to return to finish my treatments. Bc their NP was the one who told me I needed to wait. They tried to tell me that my sessions had expired and that they wouldnt honor them or refund them. I explained they had told me not to come back and the "manager" deli  accused me of lying and saying that what i was saying wasn't in her note she also laughed in my face when I requested a refund for those unused sessions. I also was told over the phone when I made the appointment if there was an issue and I would need to pay they would call me. She said there was no record of that either. So when I showed up I had to pay 100 for a treatment I'd already paid for which I shouldn't have done but she convinced me. Apparently they need to do better record keeping. I was literally crying in the office telling her what I've been through and that I could prove it with medical records if she needed that I just wanted to finish my last 4 treatments. They ended up only letting me do 2 and 50% off future treatments. Who is that mean to a woman who has gone through what I went through not to mention theyre the ones who told me i couldnt come. Honestly just completely heartless. I wanted to get more work done here but I will not after the way I've been treated. Different providers also treat in different ways so now my bikini line is noticeably uneven. I wouldn't recommend coming here at all."

"They seem to have poor scheduling practices and lack in customer service. I would not recommend them. They were not reliable. I scheduled a laser hair removal appointment for underarms, Brazilian, and legs. I arrived 10 minutes early for the appointment as requested. I was asked to pay $350-something ahead of treatment for all areas. I told her that I wanted to show the technician my areas of concern first before deciding if it should be full leg or just the upper. So I wait, I'm taken to the room 12 minutes past my scheduled appointment, meaning I've been waiting for over 20 minutes to be taken to a room. Once the technician arrives, she tells me she only has time to do underarms and Brazilian, that legs are not scheduled in the system and she has lunch after. I ask her if she can squeeze in just the upper leg. She says, unfortunately no. I try explaining that there must be a mistake to no avail, so I let her treat the other areas. It had been 25 mins from the moment I walked into the treatment room to change to the technician leaving after treatment. I go to the front desk and now a different person is there. I ask her if I was scheduled for legs and I'm told I was only scheduled for Brazilian. I have no idea what is going on here. Neither the technician nor the woman at the front desk offered any resolution or insight. This was my first time getting treatment at this facility. They used an older Candela GentleMax Pro. The technician was polite and worked quickly. I won't know how thorough she was until I see the re-growth. Ultimately, treatment was fine but they don't seem to have their scheduling in order and lack in customer service. This was a HUGE inconvenience for me since I live in another state and scheduled this appointment to take advantage while visiting family in the area of an ideal image. Now I’ll have to wait until I travel again to get treated. I may just cross Ideal Image off of my list for good and look elsewhere."

The pricing is very fair. Consultants all have backgrounds in aesthetics so they can really help you with the right treatments. They did not push me into anything. Great experience !!
