"A month before my first visit they assured me they would get my labs from my previous doctor so they could review at my appointment. They did not have them. I filled out paperwork at my wasted office visit so they could request them. Two months and several calls and emails later the owner contacted me to say they couldn't get them. I got them myself. I called to let them know I had the labs and needed my doc to review to write me a new prescription. They stated my doctor had taken a leave of absence but I could send the labs, the whole purpose of my last paid visit being for them to be reviewed in order to get a new prescription, to the owner for review. They also stated they would mail my prescription and took my payment over the phone. I emailed my labs and requested Leslie, the owner confirm my labs were sent out. No reply. I was traveling on business and returned a week later to find no medicine in my mailbox. I contacted the owner who said she would look into it "first thing tomorrow morning." No response. I contacted her later that day and she said the new doctor wouldn't fill my prescription until I had been seem and they had no appointments available for a week. By this time I had been waiting 3 months and had been out of my medicine for 2 days. They never bothered to inform me they had not sent the meds nor had any plans to do so. Further, my husband had been seen and the doctor had hand written prescriptions. However, our insurance company wanted us to use a mail order pharmacy and needed them called or faxed in. I called the office on Monday to ask them to take care of this which they assured me they would do. However, they never did EVEN THOUGH HE IS AN INSULIN DEPENDENT DIABETIC and will die without insulin. The new doctor claimed he had to be seen again. Again, they never called to tell me that they had not called in the insulin and had no plans to do so. The owner told me I needed to contact their former physician employee to get her to fill it. But they gave me no info on how to contact her. I have never seen anything so unprofessional and lacking compassion in my life."
