"“Board-certified” should come with an exceptional level of care. I really thought that, paired with their reviews, would mean they are a good office, but absolutely not. I have been sick since my first appointment on 12/7, which started on 12/4. When I get to their office for my first visit, it is completely disorganized. Dead roaches in the bathroom. The girl at the front desk handed me back my stuff after licking her hands from Cheeto puff crumbs. I get back in the room and I wait FOR OVER AN HOUR. Mind you, I’m sick as hell. When the PA gets there, finally, I’m met with the stupidest questions. “Do antibiotics usually work for you when you’re sick?” What?! You’re the damn physician, and you’re asking me, the patient, with no medical training if antibiotics is the right call? I digress. I’m already feeling incredibly uncomfortable with this office, but again, I’m sick and as it stands, they are my PCP until I can get better and find someone else. I call their office on Monday 12/11, with follow up questions about my condition that had significantly worsened, not a single phone call back. I call AGAIN on 12/12 because at this point, I can barely breathe. They get me in for an urgent chest xray and tell me they’ve ordered it STAT and I’d have my results right after. I wait 2 hours after the xray to call the office. No word other than I’ll check and call back. I wait another hour and call back to be told the same exact thing. I end up in urgent care that evening with pneumonia. It is now 12/17 and I have yet to hear a single peep from this office. As a patient who ALREADY has asthma, when you call in and tell a doctor that you’re struggling to breathe and they can’t even CALL YOU BACK is the worst form of medical neglect I’ve ever seen. I will be filing a complaint with both the medical board and the FL department of health. I have now been sick for 13 days, am on antibiotics, steroids, and cough syrup and still not much improvement. This office, its doctors, and its staff should be absolutely ASHAMED to put out this kind of medical “care”. I am absolutely DISGUSTED."

"I saw Kurt for physical therapy here. He was very thorough, friendly and knowledgable. His evaluation of my issues were spot on and with his recommendations and customized exercises, my lower back pain felt better very quickly. I noticed results within a few days. Months later, I no longer suffer daily back pain. When I feel some pain returning, I do the exercises he recommended and they go away! I am very impressed and thankful for my experience with Kurt. "My husband came here with an ear infection about a year ago. It's a simple office with a family-feeling staff. What a great bonus!! The front desk was pleasant and informative (it was our first visit). We were given our paperwork and then waited a few minutes to be seen while it was completed. We didn't feel rushed by the nurse, doc, or the staff. All of our questions and concerns were answered. Now I end up with an eye infection a year later and this is the first place I called. I was established as a patient and was seen timely and again, all of my concerns were addressed. This is a GREAT primary care. I'm so glad I landed a great place to go when I need it."
