"For the past 15 years, I have provided drug testing services to employers for DOT and NonDOT drug testing. AMRO is my MRO - Medical Review Officer company I have used for as many years. They have helped me out more than I can tell you. AMRO deals with hundreds of people (donors) daily. They have heard every excuse out there. Please remember, they do not know you. They don't want to hear your story, your excuses. They are doing their job. For any non-negative result, they are required to have your script information and have it verified. This is in your favor, so the employer you want to work at will get a, hopefully, negative report on you and want to hire you. Just because you don't like that they asked you for your information, you get upset and blame them for your negative attitude. What are you trying to hide? Just saying. Tough enough these days people. Stay Calm and understanding...."

"I recently had to undergo a pre-employment drug test. While I had submitted a letter to my employer from my Dr. in regards to my Adderal prescription, I was contacted by this third party company who vets the results. The woman who called said I had failed for amphetamines and I explained that I had a letter verifying that I was being treated for ADHD and had a letter from my Dr. She told me I needed a prescription bottle dated before the drug test. As Adderal is a controlled substance, a new script is needed monthly so had no reason to keep the bottle. My issue is with the dismissive and condescending attitude I received. I was trying to be transparent and find a solution, but it was obvious I was just some addict trying to scam the system to her. It's tremendously degrading."

"This business exceeds it's authority by demanding private medical records they are not authorized to have. An office job does not fall under 49 CFR part 40! Robin went so far as to demand the pharmacy name, drug name, dosage, frequency it's taken, doctor who prescribed said medication, and said she would call the pharmacy and doctors office to get the information. I called the State Of Florida, Washington DC Department of Health, and OSHA who ALL stated they "Exceeded their Authority," and "It is Illegal to attempt/aquire private medical records for this purpose." So i called this business to file a complaint. I spoke to Elizabeth, who is rude, condescending, and an overall poor supervisor. She refused to take a complaint and said, "Call the BBB or get an attorney." She of course hung up on me, so out of principle, i will do much more than contacting the BBB and an attorney."

"Dr. Donald Freedman's office is one of the most unprofessional offices I have EVER experienced. Staff rudely hangs up on you, makes you run around telling your employer one thing and then yourself another, when trying to discuss information get very short attitudes - that is if they don't hang up on you and you get to actually speak to someone. If I had any choice, I would NEVER do business with them. I'm shocked that there aren't ANY reviews left here because even my HR is shocked at how things were poorly handled by this office. NEGATIVE 10 stars."
