"If I could give negative stars, I would. From the lady who answered the phone with the disrespectful attitude, to the excuses they give when the doctor cancels your appt. Then when you can not accept an appt on the day they offer they tell you they are booked and can’t work with your schedule. So you take what they offer or not at all. It doesn’t work this way. You inconvenienced me by canceling my appt and telling me “something came up and the doctor doesn’t want to come in”…excuse me…no. If this is the patient care you get with just an appointment, I can’t imagine the treatment further on. It took my dietician to even get them to do their job of verifying everything with insurance. This place is a joke and I would never, ever refer anyone here!! And to the lady who was rude with me on the phone. I hope you have the day you deserve and can’t wait for karma to return the favor. And you can hand up on me, but I will be filing a complaint against this practice and you!"

"This is my second time using NFL Surgeons and I came back because of the great service I received the first time. Sadly it seems things have changed. They are so much less organized and less compassionate. First my appointment was set for 3:15. My vitals were taken and I was placed in a room. There was never a mention that the doctor was running late or anything. I sat there for 1 hour. After 4:15, I walked out to say I needed to go. They checked and said the doctor was on his way. 10 min later he came in. Everything went well and he encouraged surgery, but, said I could call back to schedule it once I thought it over and spoke to my husband. He had me sign all the paperwork ahead of time and I was given my estimated cost. Today I called to schedule it and was told I needed to pay first, which I did. They told me the scheduler was swamped and would call me back around lunch time. At 3:00 I still hadn't heard anything. So, I called and was told "oh, you just paid your fee today, it will take between 5 and 7 days before they get back to you to schedule you". WHAT?! No one mentioned that to me. In fact, they said I'd get called around lunch time. I realize there are more urgent cases than mine, but, you have to pay to get in line to be scheduled? This makes me believe money is truly top priority over the patient. I've already overpaid for the initial visit and it was never mentioned to me that I had to pre-pay the surgeon's cost to get in line to be scheduled for surgery. I am appalled. Just be prepared - PAY, if you want to get in line for scheduling...then, wait till they get to you. Probably waiting for your payment to clear!"

"My husband was scheduled for a new patient exam today at 3:00. We arrived, signed it, paid the co payment and started the waiting process. After 1.5 hours we were called to the back, he got weighed, blood pressure taken and put in the exam room where the waiting started again even though we were told the Dr. would be in in a couple minutes. After another 30 minutes, which now it's just about 5:00 which is when they close. So I went to the front desk she said he's almost done with previous patient, you are the last patient of the day (remember we were scheduled for 3:00). We went back to wait again, after another 15-20 minutes of waiting we got up went to front desk requested his co payment back and left. Never saw the Dr. After waiting 2.5 hours. We'll find someplace else to go."

"Do not go here for your spider veins. They charge twice the price of other top rated vein clinics. Other clinics include the ultrasound the they require as part of the free consultation. Not here though! Search google and you will find reputable offices that are not out to get every penny you have like North Florida Surgeons. Very greedy business and office staff and managers will not return your calls in a timely manner."

"Wife had surgery 11/07/2017 with Dr. Herrera. He was very knowledgeable and very skilled. My wife had a very successful recovery with very minimal incision scars. We were very pleased and highly recommend him to friends and family!"
