"Brought my cat in for facial swelling, likely from an infection. The entire appointment felt rushed and I was not able to ask necessary questions to the vet as she was constantly running in and out of the room. No wound cultures or anything. Two days later, a large abscess grew between my cat's eyes and she was barely able to keep them open from the pressure and pain. When I tried to take her back to Edison Park, I was told I would have to pay another $200 plus dollars to be seen for the exact same issue that should have been treated days prior. I brought her in anyway and I was turned away at the door because they were too busy. As a healthcare professional, I know how dangerous large infections on the head can be. If you care about your pet, please take them to a place that genuinely cares about animals. This place is no better than an offbrand petsmart vet. Oh and the best part - the vet thought these photos looked normal to her!"
