"Changed my prescriptions over from Costco to CVS because Instacart cancelled my order 4 time in less than a month and I got fed up with their incompetence!"

"Employee training is deplorble. They are rude, uninformed, ignorant. Sent us to another store for a script that they were out of and told us the script would be transferred to the other store. The personnel at the other store then told us, after waiting for 20 minutes, that the \"script cannot be transferred\", to have the doctor fax the script directly to them. Our doctor did fax it and confirmed that they did. Two hours later the pharmacist said he did not get the fax and when he finally did find it he told us it had to be sent \"electronically.\"\nThese two CVS stores wasted a total of three hours of our time, sent us, in rush hour traffic, to another CVS, both stores apparently lied to us about receiving the script.\nOverall \"Terrible\" customer service. You should be ashamed, but I suppose CVS is too big to care. Both of these stores are in Ft. Myers Florida"

"Was on hold for the pharmacy for over 35 minutes & was hung up on by the male pharmacist who answered, I called back spoke to him briefly.. placed on hold & was hung up on again. Called back a 3rd time to be lied to about being hung up on & then he said “I didn’t receive an answer” when I had it on speaker all 3 times to where my husband could hear everything & not once did he ever say anything… he just hung up after placing me on hold AGAIN when I just needed a simple question answered. Was hoping I would have a better experience with this CVS but apparently they’re all the same when it comes to their poor customer service, to say I’m disappointed is an understatement."

"If you just wanna sit in your car and have them stare at you while texting on their personal phones… And wait 20 minutes in the drive-through for a prescription… This is the place for you However, if you want good service, to be treated with respect, and actually be able to get in and out… I would go pretty much anywhere else on Earth hello"
