"I'm removing my husband from Dr Khanna care today for many reasons. He has been under her care for 6 or 7 years and when we first started things we great. I felt he was getting the attention he needed. I don't know what happened!! Everything went to hell! He has not been seen by the doctor in nearly two years! His monthly appointments are handled by an elderly man (been told he is in his 90) that stands in the doorway and ask if he needs anything besides his refills and then shuffles away. Not lying,he shuffles! And forget about them answering the phone! I have to drive to the office to see why his scripts were not at the pharmacy after a office visit. And the front office staff!! Don't have the time There is a young man named Harold that is the office saving grace. I learned that if you can get through to Harold you can get your problems solved! So after my experience with the totally unprofessional receptionist he his having is lost visit. Here's hoping the folks at Riverside Spinal are more professional!"

"I want to retract my negative review, i was very frustrated that day and the pharmacy told us that the DR sent the wrong scripts. I am sorry to the Doctor and Her staff for the bad post. it was not their fault, they sent the right script but Walgreens decided to limit what they would issue and the call center said it was what the practice sent."

"Beware of this pain management facility. Seeking legal advice at the present time. Pain management physicians stopped filling a prescription and will not return phone calls for any explanation. When giving someone medication for pain for over a long period of time and not informing them that they will not be continuing prescribing medication to them any more is very dangerous and life threatening.This place does not care about it's patients. Phycians take an oath to care for It's patients. Evedently this place missed that memo."

"I first met Dr. Khanna back in 2013/2014 in a different pain clinic in the Bay Meadows area. I wasn't very happy with the Doctor who was treating me at the time so i switched to Dr.Khanna. I must say that i was very impressed with her knowledge and treatment's, Many which were different from the regular methods used in pain clinics, such as just writing prescriptions for pain meds, etc. Also as many patients that she may have waiting to be seen, She will take the time to answer your questions about your diagnosis and how to treat it. Don't go there expecting her to just write prescriptions for pain meds, because it isn't going to happen. She's probably the best pain management doctor I've ever seen before. As far as her bedside manner and knowledge go, I've got to say that I'm very impressed. I highly recommend her with her medical knowledge and experience and a good staff as well. She used to be just an hour away, when i lived at Jax Bch. I have since moved to Ga., and my trip is 3 hours one way, but I've got to say that it is well worth it."

"From my very first visit I've been highly disappointed. Dr. Khanna is very unprofessional and solely focused on money, not helping patients. Instead of accepting me and my health insurance for my chronic pain issues, she only wanted my PIP auto insurance money, which I feel was/is unethical. Dr. Khanna, refuse to accept and/or treat me when she found out that: 1) I had an attorney, and, 2) she could NOT bill my auto insurer for my PIP benefits. The staff is okay, but Dr. Khanna is the worst!"
