"Staff are good here but the photo printer quality is terrible. There are extremely blurry with significant color artifacts on the prints. I've used photo printing at this location twice and wouldn't recommend it at all."

"The man who originally helped me was very kind. The issue was that he said my husband’s prescription had been picked up already this month. Neither one of us had picked it up. I called him to confirm. I went back in and talked to them again they should be a picture of him picking it up. I asked if they are sure they have the right date and the other employee screamed at me saying she wouldn’t have gotten the picture without typing in the date. Very embarrassed at this point I left again. I went back in to check one last time and in a very rude and disrespectful manor she said to me it was picked up on January 4th so I said I understand that but it’s February. I am leaving this review not because I’m upset that there was an error in the man’s work or that I had to keep coming back in wasting my time for about an hour. I’m upset the way the situation was handled. Working in customer service myself I would never yell and disrespect anyone for asking questions and being concerned that the medication was picked up by an unauthorized person. To make it clear I was not rude about the incorrect information that was given I asked questions to get to the bottom of what was going on. I would like to mention as well I was not the only person she was rude to while I was there for many customers to come and go."

"This CVS is my favorite. The associates I have interacted with have been knowledgeable, helpful, and kind every time. The store is always clean and well organized/stocked. The pharmacy here is so great. They really do all they can and with a smile. Always my CVS of choice!"

"This location is the absolute WORST. Been waiting for a prior authorization for 14 days. Pharmacy has been sending it to someone. Not a single person in the pharmacy has called the doctor to confirm the prior authorization. Fire these worthless employees!!!"

"Your system is awful! I have Aetna insurance and was not able to get my flu shot (scheduled appt online for my flu shot along with my daughter). Your system said it wasn’t covered. We left to call Aetna. I could not call in your store because you have no internet. My couple minute call to Aetna and they gave me a code to give pharmacy and stated it’s CVS system! We went back and I received my flu shot. My daughter was then told her shot was not covered who is covered under my Aetna plan. The pharmacists called 3 different people to resolve issue. And after an hour waiting it still was not resolved. Today my daughter walked in Publix and received her flu shot. No appt and in and out in 10 minutes. Long story short, I will not be back to CVS!"
