"I've been using this pharmacy for several years. Typically, everything is perfect. Occasionally they have fill in pharmacy techs and one in particular is rude, slow, and I believe needs additional training or should work for Walmart. 5 stars if it wasn't for this Occasional problem."
"We switched to this Publix Pharmacy because the pharmacist was so nice when we stopped in with questions. My husband has certain medications that he is on every month consistently and will suffer serious withdrawals if he runs out. The doctor sent over the Rx for one of the medications on a Monday and the pharmacy technician said they were out of stock but it would be in Tuesday. We called on Thursday because we hadn’t received a notification that it was ready. We were told that it was still back ordered and they weren’t sure when it would be in. Today (Friday) we went in to pick up a different script and asked about the back ordered one. The pharmacist said they didn’t know when they would get it in. We questioned the safety of that since without it there would be serious issues and risks. He then told me that he “doesn’t make it” (meaning the medication) and no one would have given us an exact date of when it would be in. I don’t know if he was having a bad day or what the issue was but there was absolutely no reason to be sarcastic and flat out telling us we were lying. I’m in shock at the reaction of a professional in such an important role."
"Never answer their phone regarding refills constantly complaining when I show up to pick up prescriptions early, which I have to do because they don’t answer the phone. Asked 3 times to be enrolled in auto fill prescriptions and finally was after the 3rd request. Generally a terrible experience."
"Called yesterday to ask if they accepted my insurance and if they carry my medication, you know, the thing that helps me function as person? I was told to send it in and the only issues I may have is stock and coverage… had it sent in, received a call saying they arnt accepting new patients… yet when i called yesterday they had nothing to say about me being a new patient… the bar for the health industry around here is SO low, y’all should really try a tad harder to have the correct information or At least call people back after finding out of new information because your in charge of people’s literal health."
"Doctor called in a prescription to this pharmacy for my wife. Was told it would be ready in 2 hours? We went to pick up the prescription after 2 hours and was told it was not ready and to come back in another 2 hours. So, we had no choice but to wait again and after another 2 hour wait we returned to get the prescription and was told it was still not ready and to come back in another 2 hours which would put it past the closing hours of the store. It is now the next day an at 11:47am we stop in to get the prescription and was told it was still not ready! Lady at the counter saying just wait because it be be ready in 30 minutes? We then asked for get the order back because we were tired of being lied to and wanted to take it to CVS across the street so they could fill the order. They refused to give us the order and told us to call our doctor if we wanted to change the pharmacy. So we did. Terrible customer service!"
