"Do not take your pet to this facility. Go to the vet hospital off of 31. The vet we saw for my one year old puppy talked terribly about our puppy in front of my five year old daughter who was already scared due to her condition- the professionalism from a vet was absolutely traumatizing to our puppy and my daughter. This woman shouldn’t be in practice but the two nurses stood up for our puppy and apologized on the vets behalf- never ever taking my dog here again and everyone I’ve told said “we’ve had bad experiences as well- go to the one off of 31!” First and last bad experience at a veterinary hospital."

"They got us in very quickly to see our dog Nacho following up after being hit by a car. They were absolutely wonderful, and took excellent care of our boy. You can 100pct tell the difference between the outstanding care they gave vs the used car dealer like emergency care we received at Fetch in Fort Myers. We were expecting a hefty bill since it took so long… he had to have multiple shots to calm him down, they then patiently cleaned and dressed his wound, and gave us a very thorough explanation of how to care for him at home… they sent us with antibiotics, pain meds and anti-inflammatories. The entire service and meds cost around $300. We were super happy with the service and pleasantly surprised with the bill. We will be a customer for life."

"I want to give the biggest shout out to the new Vet at Babcock. We had the most horrible experience of losing our so beloved dog suddenly yesterday and in a panic we raced there. Never being there before they took us right in and tried to save him. The doctor and vet tech were so compassionate and caring. Guiding us through this, never rushed us to leave. I was so distraught I never got their names. If I ever have another dog they will be our vet from day 1."
